“Druthers” is one of my favorite words. The singular “druther” does not exist.
Spoiler alert …
Actually, druthers is a plural noun meaning preferences. The singular being druther, which is an alteration of “would rather.”
Kind of like my favorite word “gruntle” to make happy, or “gruntled” as in I am very gruntled to reply to this DotD.
They always talk about druthers, but they overlook the thisters.
